Anti Spam Techniques Why Do Some People Use A Dot In The First Part Of Their E-mail Address?

Why do some people use a dot in the first part of their e-mail address? - anti spam techniques

For example, john.doe @ madeupemail.com.

The point to make it easier to find if someone is trying to find their addresses, or perhaps the anti-spam technology as used for?

Just curious. Some addresses, use the number and others do not.

Some time ago, Yahoo implemented an option to send e-mail users. If it happened also allowed to use points in its identification. How can people have in that identification, the points contained nuts.

There is no difference in their composition, although the Yahoo ID.
