I have questions about the following article in the February issue of Men's Health magazine:
"Men who have completed 20 repetitions of these two times per week, increased the height of their jumps from 64 percent in just one month. Action: Lock Pins bar loaded against a Smith machine so the bar rests on the shoulders. Then in step under the bar, grip, and try to increase their feet as quickly as possible, putting his shoulder against the peso. Hold for 3 seconds, relax for 5, and repeat. I trigger the production of explosives in the calf muscle .

Unfortunately, there is no plan or illustration to describe the exercise.

Are the results of 64% Increase vertical jump at all realistic?
I should also explain how to follow these instructions, because I am confused about the process described. What is pay a staff? What weight?

I try to help with my knowledge. I do not know the answer to some of your questions, but I'll help you all I know. First, I can not read men's health, so I do not see the point.

This means that you are not standing calf raises with explosives Smith machine. You know what Smith a machine? Well, here is a picture of me making Smith machine calf raises: http://www.weight-lifting-complete.com/c ...

You need to scroll down the Smith machine calf raises. A Smith machine is a bar, which slides against the machine up and down two steel rods. It is set up for you. All that is for you to make the weight for you and is much safer, a normal balance of cash without apo tryt. I better the calf lap belt rests on the same page. At least give them the freedom of movement as the work of stabilizing muscles also.

I have no idea whether explosive calf raises increase your vertical jump. I suggest that the explosive calf raises on my site for the muscle. More muscle does not always jump higher but explosive lifting should really help.
