Tempurpedic Mattress Cause Arm Pain Unusual Question...could A Tempurpedic Foam Mattress Topper Cause Back Pain?

Unusual Question...could a tempurpedic foam mattress topper cause back pain? - tempurpedic mattress cause arm pain

I've had (a nice, new bed only 2 years) thats good quality and has an extra handrail in the middle of the mattress to prevent it from sinking. Despite its convenience, I have one of these thats kind Toppers Tempurpedic foam over 2 1 / 2 or 3 inches thick b / c of their incredible sleep and take a dip in there yet. The problem is that only a few weeks after getting it until I woke up very sore and I wonder whether this could in any way the cutest topper.

The bed itself is giving a person incapable of back pain. However, felt no pain Mai Mai, the lack of support or the position you are accustomed to sleeping in.

I propose to change the way the dream:
* If you are on your side, instead of sleeping pillow under your knees so that your knee is in line with the hip.
* If you sleep on your back, try rolling a pillow under your knees. Assists pressure in the lower back.
* If you sleep on your stomach with a pillow under the belly.

These three proposals intended to help help your back straight and get rid of back pain.

It seems to remove the wrong time, the demand from manufacturers for you to relieve back pain, but it's just a topper, to fight for a week and see if theres any change.

Yes, that's the problem with the type of Tempurpedic Foam toppers, the forms to your body and remains in that position. Why not support the back. I do not know how these toppers or mattresses lead back to May, more problems.

Remove Topper May and time for your body adapts to a regular mattress, but she wants to.
